Return & Refund Policy
At NEXTYLE, INC., we aim to provide quality clothing and a reliable shopping experience. If your order does not meet your expectations, this Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns requested after the 30-day period may not be accepted.
If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Return Method
All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.
Return Label
A prepaid return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns that meet our criteria.
If the return is due to customer reasons (such as change of mind or incorrect size selection), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
To return an item:
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging
- Attach the return shipping label to the package
- Drop off the package at the carrier listed on the label

Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for eligible returns that meet the return conditions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the item(s)
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
- Send the photos along with your order details to [email protected]
Requests submitted after 7 days or without supporting evidence may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and reviewed, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
