Order Cancellation Policy
At NEXTYLE, INC., we understand that sometimes changes may be needed after placing an order. This Order Cancellation Policy explains how and when an order may be canceled.
Order Cancellation Timeframe
Customers may request to cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us via email at: [email protected]
Cancellation requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted, as orders are processed promptly to support timely delivery.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
However, eligible items may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Refund Processing for Canceled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved before the order is shipped, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval, depending on your payment provider.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect shipping address was provided, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address
- If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or reroute the package
All address change requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Cancelable Orders
Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped are not eligible for cancellation and must follow the return process, if applicable.
