Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 0 to 2 business days.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

After processing, orders are shipped using our Free Shipping service.

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors.


Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

No additional shipping fees are charged for standard delivery.


Order Tracking

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
  • Send the photos along with your order number to [email protected]

Requests submitted without supporting evidence or after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
